At Lawrence Covell, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Place the provided prepaid shipping label on the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
